| Mayor Mike Bradley unveils honour roll
for 2000. Bob McCarthy,
one of 29 to receive the award, chaired HEY 2000 (History,
Education and Youth), a sub-committee of the mayor's 2000 committee. Among
the committee's projects was a board game called Discover Sarnia-Lambton:
A Trivia Tour designed by Bob McCarthy. "He and his committee members worked very hard during the millennium year to make the citizens of Sarnia become more aware of their history by visiting schools and old-aged homes," Bradley said. The Observer: Wednesday, January 3, 2001 |
